Adrian Ludwig, married, father - company owner

For more than 30 years I have personally taken care of the needs of my customers and the brokerage of residential, commercial, and investment properties in Berlin and Brandenburg.

In 1993, after three years of commercial training, I ventured into self-employment at the age of 18 and since that time have steadily expanded my business, expanded my customer base, and gained a lot of specialist knowledge through many years of experience. In addition, I have always worked on new strategies for a successful business. All of these things flow into the daily business today and ultimately benefit my customers.

Over the years I have always handled all placement deals personally and made a conscious decision against accepting business partners or handing overviewing appointments, telephone consultations, and other daily tasks to other people. I am always the first, last and only point of contact for my customers - before, during, and after a deal.
